Returns and Refunds Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return if there is an issue with the product or you have a valid reason (subject to approval by the shop management).
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item. Please contact us within 15 days after receiving your item(s).
Unfortunately, change of mind returns are not accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In order to get a free replacement or a refund, simply take a photo or a video of the damaged product together with the receipt or proof of purchase and tracking number and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will verify the details and get back to you as soon as possible.
We will notify you once we have verified your return request and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we will get you a new one.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please note that Returns/Refunds are not accepted on free items.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and getting an approval will not be accepted.
