  1. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the following states in USA: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin.

In Europe, we currently ship to: Luxembourg.

We will be adding more states in USA and other countries around the globe.

 

  1. How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

 

  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two to five days of your order. From that point, it takes 8 to 15 business days for items to arrive.

Occasionally, packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays or due to limited transportation availability and delivery staff as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and therefore packages may require more time to be delivered.

 

  1. What's your return policy?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return if there is an issue with the product or you have a valid reason (subject to approval by the shop management).

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will happily replace the item. Please contact us within 15 days after receiving your item(s).

Unfortunately, change of mind returns are not accepted.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

There is only a short period of time between when you place the order and when we start processing it. If you contact us immediately after ordering, via info@wildcatcar.com , we may be able to cancel your order before it is processed.

Orders that have already been processed and/or shipped cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.

 

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply notify us by emailing to info@wildcatcar.com , please include a photo or a video of the product together with the receipt or proof of purchase and tracking number and we will send you a replacement or give you a refund.

 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we will get you a new one.
